FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- What are your check-in and check-out policies?
Guests are welcome to check in anytime after 3:00 pm. Check out time is at 11:00 am.
- What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations canceled at least 72 hours in advance of arrival will result in a full refund.
- Do your rooms have shared bathrooms?
All hotel rooms (motel and fireplace suites in the carriage house) have private, en suite bathrooms. In some of the rooms, the sink and vanity are open to the sleeping area, but the shower and toilets are behind a door.
- Can I park my snowmobile trailer or horse trailer at the Heartland Hotel?
The Heartland Hotel offers free trailer parking on the south side of the building on Nora road. We’re happy to help direct you to an open space, just ask!
- What is your pet policy?
Pets are allowed (and loved) at the Heartland. Our pet fee for dogs is $25 each (up to two dogs per room total). We also have a stable on site that can accommodate two horses. Have a horse or another type of pet who likes to travel? Reach out at idahoheartlandhotel@gmail.com
and we can discuss accommodations! - Are all of your rooms pet friendly?
While most of our rooms are pet friendly, we do have a few rooms set aside as “hypoallergenic” rooms so guests with allergies can have a comfortable stay.
